Not only has he made contact with him but he has committed assault on Elan. Is this enough for Elan to get a restraining order? If they could prove who sent the thugs to intimidate Elan before, maybe they could get Mr Singer put away? I think this can be dealt with honestly, but Elan will need to be very canny.

Mr. Singer just crossed the line into criminal assault. Any legally hired bodyguard is within his right to take appropriate physical action to secure the safety of his client. Rafa is no fool. That said, Singer is no fool either. He is baiting Elan, testing his resolve and defenses. He is very likely still trying to get Elan on mental instability. If he can get sufficient evidence to put Elan away then it would be a cake walk to steal the estate using his relationship as father. The only way this stops is if Elan gets sufficient dirt to blackmail Daddy Dearest into staying far, far away and never contacting him again. It depends on how dirty Elan is willing to fight.
