The man Lily married must’ve been different. Or is that what a man is driven to when desperate? I keep hoping that somewhere in his cold heart, he still has some sort of affection for his son, and that, perhaps, by Elan refusing to play his games, he will, in the end, become a better man.

But for Elan, who so longed for his dad when he was separated from him, this must be incredibly hard. Good thing that despite their respective believes of the other one being better off without them, Elan and Rafa continue to dream about a future together.
