They can now be used as “collateral” for more “donations” to their safety fund. In short, a combination blackmail/protection racket. I’m not sure the Governor would stoop to such but Jake strikes me as just the sort of opportunistic cad if not personally, might participate in a scam to milk Elan like a cash cow by threatening Rafa’s safety. Jake might just be low enough to play up that he’s on the “hit list” with Rafa while profiting from Elan’s fear. The whole “in debt to Elan now” angle would only work if Elan was smart enough to cover his butt. Given what we’ve seen in the pages he didn’t, so let’s see what happens. Regardless, things, they are a’ heatin’ up!

It is really a great comic filled with humor and truth’s about the D&D gaming world (though those truths you might only spot if you have played a bit).

I also greatly love Dominic Deegan. Great characters. Great Story. There are quite a few puns. If it doesn’t make you cry in parts (or at least tear up) I call your humanity into question. It deals with quite a lot of issues very well.

I am thinking about compiling a list of my fave quotes.
