  • AWWWWWWW *hugs for George and hugs for Elan and hugs for everybody!*

Poor out of the loop George. …..but did he even ask anyone about Elan being okay? Or did he just assume Elan was dead and nobody thought to inform him that Elan was still alive? I really cannot wait to see what Elan does with George. ^_^

…..but just to be clear, i am okay with being called crazy, weird, freak, etc I always thought they were compliments. ^_^ …….what do you mean those are supposed to be insults??????

    • kuku

yup, yup, and yup. I had been thinking about George. Elan has connections to so many people there in addition to Rafa….

      • D. Garrett

methinks rafa is gonna be pissed his heartrending sacrifice didn’t keep elan safe and sound out of his dangerous neighborhood.

        • kuku

Well, pissed that his heart was rent for nought. But maybe he’ll be glad to see Elan back? But hurt Elan is seeing everyone but him?

    • Donald Burch

I came up with these words following a rough break in my life. “Sanity is an opinion formed by consensus of an ill-informed majority. I happen to disagree.”

      • kuku

There’s an Emily Dickinson poem to that effect:

Much Madness is divinest Sense –
        To a discerning Eye –
Much Sense – the starkest Madness –
        `Tis the Majority
In this, as All, prevail –
Assent – and you are sane –
        Demur – you`re straightaway dangerous –
And handled with a Chain –

        • Donald Burch

Who knew I had something in common with the incomparable Emily Dickinson? Thanks for pointing that out, kuku!

  • JesBelle

George’s problems will be harder to solve, and some of them may not be solvable.

  • bronakopdin

there sure needs a lot to be done to help George :(

maybe he will start to buy him a pair of shoes for now :)

    • Donald Burch

Elan can help George feel more comfortable. George can then decide if he wants to work on his problems. That’s what I love about how Elan is operating. He isn’t forcing anything on anyone. He only opens doors. They must choose whether or not to walk through.

      • kuku

Really good point. I also think Elan sees George as a person and friend – someone he’s invited to his home for dinner – not a charity project.

        • Donald Burch

That makes all the difference in my mind. :) It might for George, too!

  • That is definitely Ms Mouse hanging out behind George’s legs.

    • themice

Yes, though I don’t recall even drawing that one!

      • Donald Burch

The Mouse snuck up on the Mouse? Now that’s sneaky!

  • I AM R U

I like how much more comfortable and confident Elan looks – the clothes look like he picked them, rather than what his father forced him to wear…
