What seemed like a good idea has turned into a battlefield.
Lots of battles upcoming in the story and for me today. My computer decided to take a nap but woke up. I’ll have to get a new one in the next few months. I’m a Mac user because of my job, so that isn’t a slight purchase.
I’m still struggling to finish another author’s children’s book. I am learning a lot about publishing layout and can apply it to my own nefarious purposes. :P Yes, I’ve been toying with the idea of a small limited-run publishing of EMR Parts so that maybe, maybe, I can do a con. I plan to visit a con or two first to see if I can do it. I’m OK one on one/two conversations, even loquacious, but a big crowd? I don’t know.
** Update **
And Rafa is holding a purse. IDEKW
No time for webcomic navel gazing! Elan is meeting with his dad right now.
Just go to the update!
(I really like this week’s song! Hope you do too).
The moment you change.
By the end of Part Two the accumulation of all that happens to Elan and Rafa has to have some consequences. Question is, do they change for the worse, or better, or they just develop a harder surface, or as my mama used to say – un casco muy duro.
We’ll find out.
I Need a Hand to Hold
One of the best things about this webcomic-making journey is discovering new music. This week I feature Yiruma, a South Korean pianist and composer. I found a nice Yiruma Playlist on youtube. I’m using youtube now to link back to music since most other options failed.
For up to the last minute info (usually update delays, etc) and occasional in-progress sketches, remember I have a twitter. I won’t spam emails with those minor things!
Forward through the last chapter of Part 2.
Remember when you used to crawl onto my lap and touch my feet with your toes.
This week’s song, Anchor – Bess Rogers, describes Elan’s thoughts on his relationship with Rafa so well. Wish I found it sooner. Since I got the song free through Noisetrade, I have to give them a plug.
Onto the start of the final chapter of Part 2 of 3.
